Rank II - Thieves Guild Rank 6
Increases value of items sold at a fence by 4%.
Rank III - Thieves Guild Rank 9
Increases value of items sold at a fence by 7%.
Rank IV - Thieves Guild Rank 12
Increases value of items sold at a fence by 10%. Does not apply to Laundering.
Haggling is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Thieves Guild Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
