When triggered the enemy is teleported to you, immobilized for 3 seconds, and dealt 1742 Frost Damage.
You can have up to 3 Frozen Gates active at a time.
Frozen Gate is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Winter's Embrace Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
Frozen Gate Morphs
This Skill can be morphed into two different versions:
Frozen Device - Teleported enemies have their damage done reduced.
Frozen Retreat - Grants allies in the area a synergy that teleports them to you and grants them increased Movement Speed.

description should state clearly what the ability does in pvp... (or even pve bosses) 'teleports an enemy to you' and then it does NOT then it does NOT then it does NOT again......... if ability affects SOME enemies but not others, it should be stated clearly like it fdoes on for exmaple blade of woe
