Rank II - Dark Magic Rank 50
Activating a Dark Magic ability grants Minor Prophecy to nearby allies, increasing Spell Critical rating by 1314 for 20 seconds.
Exploitation is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Dark Magic Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.

This needs to be updated. At the moment, Exploitation I actually gives you 1,320 Spell Critical for 10 seconds, and it's rank is the same amount for 20 seconds.
