Rank I - Destruction Staff Rank 25

Increases your chance of afflicting enemies with Burning, Concussion, and Chilled status effects by 50%.

Rank II - Destruction Staff Rank 30

Increases your chance of afflicting enemies with Burning, Concussion, and Chilled status effects by 100%.

 

Elemental Force is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Destruction Staff Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.

  • Rank II - Destruction Staff Rank 30

  • Unlocked at: Rank I at Destruction Staff Rank 25, Rank II at Destruction Staff Rank 30
  • Update 7 (v2.1.x):
    • Changed this ability's bonus to be multiplicative instead of additive.
    • Increased the bonuses received from this passive to 50% and 100%. (from 8% and 15%)
