WHILE DUAL WIELDING
Rank I - Dual Wield Rank 10
Increases the Weapon and Spell Damage by 3% of off-hand weapon's damage.
Rank II - Dual Wield Rank 17
Increases the Weapon and Spell Damage by 6% of off-hand weapon's damage.
Dual Wield Expert is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is part is found in the Dual Wield Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.

Hello,I am an innocemt being that has been violated every way one can be. I am also a combat veteran of 20/twenty plus/+ years. Dual weilding any-thing involves being able to parry with-out impact as it is done singularly weilding. This is not present in Sky-rim though the horrors of the abyss are. Lethality is unnatural & such demonstration with elder scrolls would be wonderful as well as total interaction woth the environment.. ^_^
