Rank I - Heavy Armor Rank 6
Increases Health Recovery by 2% per piece of Heavy Armor equipped.
You restore 108 Magicka and Stamina when you take damage for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped. This effect can occur once every 8 Seconds.
Rank II - Heavy Armor Rank 18
Increases Health Recovery by 4% per piece of Heavy Armor equipped.
You restore 108 Magicka and Stamina when you take damage for each piece of Heavy Armor equipped. This effect can occur once every 4 Seconds.
Constitution is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). This Skill is found in the Heavy Armor Skills Skill Line and can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar. Skills can be reset at Rededication Shrines found in the capital cities of each ESO faction, for a tidy sum of gold.
