It seems much has changed in Coldharbour since I was there on my DK soon after launch. I wandered there at level 29 on my Sorcerer, responding to part of the Main Quest, and have easily completed the first two parts of The Army of Meridia solo. The Groundskeeper has warned me I have a lot more work to do before attempting Restore the Hollow City. I don't immediately see a way into the other listed Coldharbour quests at this level, so I guess I'll head back to Stormhold...
