Walkthrough

• Talk to Zeira in the Thieves Den.
• Meet Zeira by the flooded district of Abah's Landing.
• Find Velsa at her villa.
• Recover Silver-Claw's ledger from his old warehouse.
• Escape the warehouse and return to the Thieves Den.
