You deal 2% additional damage with the spear for every 1 meter you are away from the target, up to a maximum of 40%.

Deals additional damage based on the distance the spear travels.

 

Aurora Javelin is a Skill in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), this skill can be found and is a part of the Aedric Spear Skill Line. It can be unlocked by gaining experience while having a Skill from that Line on your active Skill Bar.
